That is so cool.  I wish I could have just one lazy day on the water (smile).

Alexsandra, They are cute aren't they...I think somewhere on the lake, there is also another family of 2.

Sharon, It seems that all these little families all do hang out together.   They are really fun to watch.

Mike, They are fun to watch, aren't they?  I think all "babies" are heartwarming and fun.

Connie, There are many advantages of living at the waters edge, there is always something to see...residents in the subdivision have began to bring out the fishing boats, kids with their rafts,  they are a lot of fun to watch.

Monique, A-2 family parade....the ganders are very protective of their youngs as well as the momma's.  Thanks for stopping by this morning.

Hi Zane!  There is not a day that goes by that something about the water will catch your eye.  I thought of your little ones last weekend when the kids in the subdivision had the rubber rafts out, I knew your kids would love it.

Hello Dona,

What a great shot of the geese and their goslings!  How cute!  I bet they are a lot of fun to watch!  Thank you for sharing!

Charles, they do look like they have a mission in mind, don't they?  Maybe to the neighbors yard! LOL

Gary, These little guys arrive about the same time every evening, always wondered about the gosling's and how they decide who is first?

Rita, This evening there was a couple of cranes along the waters edge, they have a hugh wing span when they are flying, maybe about 5 feet.  Nature provides some beautiful eye candy if we take the time to enjoy.

Signs of Spring are everywhere. It is the best season of the year.

love the picture and the title.

Hi Terry!  Ahh, at last Spring!  It is always so good to see a little green grass and activity on the lake, it was a long hard cold winter this year, glad its over....

Hi Tere! Glad you like the picture, they are cute but they grow very quickly and are gone in no time.  It kind of looked like when I shot it, they were patroling the lake but actually they were on the land edge until I went out the door and quickly they were in the water.

Looks like a little Canada gees patrol are headed out to sea to do a little naval recognizance. They must be part of the International Expeditionary Forces. LOL

Hi Russel!  What a imagination you have, you are sooo funny.  Today as I came home and pulled into my driveway, looks as if they had been exploring my driveway too! LOL

I love this picture as well! It is a perfect "Wordless Wednesday" as no words are needed, it is so peaceful looking. It makes you want to go hang out at the lake and bird watch for an afternoon.

Hi Terrie:  Sometimes on the weekend, while working in the yard, it is easy to get wrapped up in the surrounding nature and these little creatures.  Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Jess:  I seen this little patrol yesterday and now they are almost as big as the parents, time certainly does fly by, doesn't it?  I just love the beauty of nature.  Have a great day..
