Ed..Beautiful day about 83 degrees.  I was actually working when I took the photo.  Would be nice to out in the sun for the afternoon, wouldn't it?

Tom..Lots of buyers purchasing homes and even more refinances, isn't there?  With interest rates at a all time low and the tax credit ending soon, no wonder we are busy!

Terrie:  I just seen you on Facebook and here you are.  Your one busy Realtor!  No, not a golfer, was at a business luncheon at the St Joseph Country Club and thought the folks playing a game, was really enjoying this beautiful fall day.

Mike:  Right on, if you are a golfer, it was the perfect day.  I was working but it still was a great day.  We really should be Thankful for everyday, our family, friends, health and so much more.  We just need to stop and be Grateful for what we have occasionally!
